AN
EMBARASSING MOMENT of horror!
I had just started dating this guy and invited him over for
dinner. I had promised to cook a great meal. He was
a little early and I was still cooking. All of a sudden, I
heard what I thought was a gun shot and ducked for cover.
After all was clear, I stood up to see that the glass pot
(non pyrex) had exploded the instant I placed in on the burner.
To
top it off, I then set my oven mitt on fire by absent mindedly
putting it on a hot burner!
Nevertheless, we ended up getting married a year later - I
still do the cooking believe it or not!!!
